Q: Are you open to out-sourcing for other manufacturers? A. Yes, we already do that for most of our customers. We are fully trained as Manufacturing Professionals and we have all the skills and industry contacts needed to complete your out-sourced work to meet your capacity requirements.
Q. Can you handle subassemblies A. Yes, we can and we do a considerable amount of sub-assembly work for our customers. We can also package and drop-ship your parts complete to your customer. We have even set up consignment inventories where we carry a certain amount of product in our warehouse and make smaller deliveries to customers on an as needed, drop-ship basis.
Q. Will you work with product designers to create prototypes and then do production quantities for custom work? A. Yes, and we already do that now. We like to work with you to offer different points of view which enhances pricing and the whole manufacturing process. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the manufacturability of products for our customers which more often than not results in a part with superior quality for less cost.
Q. What about small, one of a kind, projects? A. Yes, we help people who want custom parts and we enjoy doing that sort of work since it shows off our skills to good effect. These people often are the best referrals for our business.
Q. Can you handle ‘out of the ordinary’ manufacturing challenges? A. If it deals with manufacturing parts or assemblies the answer is most likely "Yes." Since inception this has fueled our growth each year.
